As you know I recently purchased your premium shoppingcart, and after you helped me configured it, I gave you a glowing report.
Now, for some reason my clients are not receiving their digital file after paying for it. It worked during testing, and then my first client got it, but now none of my clients are getting their digital file after paying for it.
I have sent you support requests, emails, and even called you- all to no avail. Niaz, what is going on? Come on , this is unacceptable. Could you kindly please respond at the earliest chance and help me get your shopping cart to work again as it is supposed to.
