Where is my old blog?

I downloaded my blog to my computer and then uploaded every files to another server. I also made changes in the wp-config.php file.
BUT
All pictures text etc are gone the only thing I see
is Hello word (what you see when you upload WP for the first time)
Which WP file is responsible for this? where shall I search? Is it in index.php
