if your theme has one, it should be in /wp-content/themes/yourthemename/functions.php

you should be able to access it from:
dashboard - appearance - editor; make sure your theme is selected; then click functions.php in the list on the right.

    Thanks -

Oddly I don't have this path available -

    "dashboard - appearance - editor"

    Wonder why - ?

I guess I can always go in using FTP.

    Thanks

that "dashboard - appearance - editor" is not a path; this is what you follow when you log into your admin account in your selfhosted site based on WordPress.org

if your blog is with WordPress.com, things are different - then you need to ask at http://en.forums.wordpress.com/forum/support
