Where is info from select/checkbox fields? Post-meta plugin does not work

Hi all,
i checked all your FAQs and postings in support. This question seems not to be solved until now.
in UGC media I find image/pdf, whatever, and infos via type text fields. But all information set in “checkbox” or “select” does not appear in admin panel. You always recommend post meta inspector plug in (i also set role=meta), but it simply does not show up – which says: until now, your plugin is not really usable for me, since as admin, you do not get important information.
it is said post meta inspector is not tested with new version of wordpress, so this could be a reason?!
I think you would help many people here in this support when you explain how to solve this issue (if there is solution).
