    Hi,

    I read document and found “pods_api_post_save_pod_item” (http://pods.io/docs/code/action-reference/pods_api_post_save_pod_item/), but I found no where implement it in source code of pods 2.6.1, so, where is it and if I would like to do something after pod created, what could I do ?

    because found helpless with then I tried with save_post hook, in that, I did sthing like below to save meta data, and check db, it’s updated, but …
    `
    $new_pod = pods( ‘abc’, $post_id );
    $new_pod->save( ‘abc’, 2 );
    `

    … but after save_post finished, the db is updated with original value ???

    Thanks for any help 🙁

  • the answer about “pods_api_post_save_pod_item” seems never come 🙂

    I find my way to solve the problem I am facing by using hook “wp_insert_post” with priority of 99999…

    Feel still unconfident when working with Pods, hope the Document will be updated with latest changes 🙂

    You’ll want to hook into pods_api_pre_save_pod_item_abc (where “abc” is the pod name).

    Check out the example here for how the filter works:

    pods_api_pre_save_pod_item
