# Where is 'convert' button?

 * I uploaded a pdf, but on the view pdf page, I see this status : “You have not
   yet converted the PDF. Note: it normally takes just 60 to 90 seconds for the 
   conversion of small PDF file after submission. Thank you for your patience!”
   
   It has been like this for 24 hours now. So, How do I submit the pdf to be converted?
   It says “You have not yet converted the PDF” but I look over the page and instructions
   and I can’t find any “covert” button. I thought maybe it would convert automatically,
   but now after 24 hours, still on conversion. How to get past this “You have not
   yet converted the PDF” please? Thanks

 * In most cases import process shouldn’t take days, the biggest files which we’ve
   tried to upload were imported in hour.
 * Please describe your import process. There were some cases when users just forgot
   to tick “Enable import” checkbox.
 * In other cases there were some issues with import process from the server side,
   which should be logged to server and/or plugin’s logs. If so, right after you
   start import please check log files on your server (for cPanel for example [http://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/website/stats-logging/how-to-view-cpanel-error-logs](http://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/website/stats-logging/how-to-view-cpanel-error-logs))
   and plugin’s error log ( on the page /wp-admin/options-general.php?page=pdf-light-
   viewer )
