[Resolved] Where is bootstrap.min.js declared ?

  • Hi and thanks for this very good theme !

    I need to try some changes in the javascript. For that, I would prefer working on bootstrap.js wich is more easy to read. Where can I change this declaration at the bottom of the source code (visible in every HTML inspector) :
    <script type=’text/javascript’ src=’http://mywebsite.info/wp-content/themes/the-bootstrap/js/bootstrap.min.js’></script> simply in order to remove the .min ? I have been looking through a lot of files, even asked some devs to have a look in the database but we never found any reference to that file.

    Thanks in advance for youy reply !

  • Hi guys,

    just to let you know we found where to change this, so if someone needs it, here it is !
    In my The Bootstrap v. 2.0.1 I had to edit functions.php on line 220, just to disable this part of code :

    $suffix = ( defined('SCRIPT_DEBUG') AND SCRIPT_DEBUG ) ? '' : '.min';

    Careful though : this will remove the .min for bootstrap.min.js, the-bootstrap.min.js, bootstrap.min.css and style.min.css, so don’t forget to move all the previous changes you made in those .min files to the unsuffixed ones.

    Hope this can help, bye !
