Where does the HTML reside for the dropdown category boxes?

I am trying to adjust the position of where the drop-down categories start, as there is a gap before them.

Here is an example of what I am talking about:

Does anybody know where the relative code for this item is located? I would like to change its location and make it slightly higher.
