Where do I upload the photos?

    You can upload them anywhere, but all images that will be used should be in the same folder. Then, in widget parameters enter (relative) path to this folder in “Path to images”.

    I don’t know how to get the relative path. If I use a hosting service (bluehost) and create a folder then what is the relative path? how do I find that?
    OR if I upload to the media library then what is the relative path in that case?

    If your WordPress is installed, in example in https://www.mysite.com and if you upload images to, in example to https://www.mysite.com/wp-content/uploads/myrandomimages, then your relative path will be “wp-content/uploads/myrandomimages”.
