For the most part, those heading tags are part of the theme code. Unless you know HTML, CSS and PHP, it’s not going to be very possible for you to change/add those. What theme are you using? And what “SEO” says that?

You can add your own H2 and H3 tags in your post/page content. Basically when you’re writing a post/page, whenever you come to something that you consider a heading, surround it with the tags. The type of tags depends on the importance of the heading, such as:

    <h2>Colours of the rainbow</h2>

The colours of the rainbow are:

    <h3>Red</h3>
Red is a primary colour, bla bla bla bla.

    <h3>Orange</h3>
Orange is not a primary colour, bla bla bla bla.

    <h3>Yellow</h3>
Yellow is a primary colour, bla bla bla bla.

    etc. etc.

You will need to be using the HTML editor rather than the visual editor for this (change at the top right of the editor window when you’re writing a page/post)

    Great explanation, PinkishHue.

Michael, learning basic HTML will teach you this and it’s very easy.
