Support » Plugin: Youtube Channel Gallery » Where do I find the shortcode to embed in post???

  • I feel stupid.. I love the plug in
    have it installed on sidebar
BUT.. where do I find the code to embed this in a page.. I can only find the widget to install on sidebar…
is there a step by step process for installing my playlist on a post
for instance.. HOW is this code created???

    [Youtube_Channel_Gallery feed=”playlist” user=”PL8F1A9C6916AFC872″ videowidth=”580″ ratio=”16×9″ theme=”light” color=”white” autoplay=”0″ rel=”0″ showinfo=”0″ maxitems=”16″ thumbwidth=”277″ thumbratio=”16×9″ thumbcolumns=”2″ title=”1″ description=”0″ thumbnail_alignment=”top” descriptionwordsnumber=”6″ link=”1″]
i know.. dumb question but i am struggling here..

  • I’m wondering the same thing. I’ve added the shortcode to a page but that doesn’t seem to work.

    [Youtube_Channel_Gallery feed="playlist" user="tallyconnection" feedorder="desc" videowidth="500" ratio="16x9" theme="light" color="red" autoplay="0" rel="0" showinfo="0" maxitems="16" thumbwidth="133" thumbratio="16x9" thumbcolumns="4" title="1" description="0" thumbnail_alignment="top" descriptionwordsnumber="6"]

    Hey guys,

I got it to work by changing feed=”playlist”

    to feed=”user”

Now if only I could find a way to make the shortcode create a link to the YouTube page the way the widget does…

    Okay guys…
    Here’s the thing..
Tubepress offers the best plug in or one of the best to do what we’re all trying to do
    there’s a free version and a pro
but the free version is all you need…
    for most stuff
    just go to pluginpage
    add new
search tubepress and download it to the plugins
activate and read a bit of the supports material
it works seamlessly for playlists and all other things you mite imagine..
