Where do I change from Text to HTML to add PayPal Button?

    I am new to word press and want to add a PayPal button and logo to my website http://www.buckslayers.com under the “How to join” page and also a Logo on the front page.

    Paypal tells me I need to change the wordpress from text to HTML???
    Can anyone tell me where I find this on my “Dashboard? page?
