Where do Comments & Categories Meet?

    I modified the limit on the number of categories (100 to 5000) in the admin-functions.php file.

    This caused:

    WordPress database error: [File ‘./wp/wp_comments.MYD’ not found (Errcode: 13)]
    SELECT COUNT(*) FROM wp_comments WHERE comment_approved = ‘0’

    Any idea what I need to fix, and where?

    I will upgrade to 2.0.4 momentarily, but I will presumably still have the Category Limit problem.
