I have just installed YARPP on a new blog, and have noticed that in the YARPP settings I’m missing the usual settings this plugin should have, such as:
– “The Pool” (where it allows you to modify which categories to show, and how recent the posts are allowed to be)
– “Relatedness Options” (a hugely important setting that allows you to set how the plugin determines what’s “related” – eg. what importance to place on titles, bodies, tags, and categories).
For some reason, after installing this plugin today, I can’t see the above settings boxes.
Can someone please tell me how to enable them?
Or have they disappeared permanently from new versions of this plugin? If so, then that severely reduces the functionality of what was a great plugin. 🙁
I reinstalled YARPP after a year today. Cant see any templates installed. Also cant see any Relatedness settings.
@bradawest thanks. Yup, that’s the trick.
No problem. 🙂
I am having a similar problem – plugin seems great, something clean and simple, but I can’t find – anywhere – the option to change the match threshold. There is no relatedness option on Screen Options, is this owing to the recent wordpress upgrade? (which I am using…)
Also, could you let me know whether YARPP excludes the post from which you have come by default, or whether this is owing to a match threshold problem?
