Everything was working beautifully, then, I switched from default template back to my original(both of which have been working great) and all I get is the following message. Also, I surfed to another website and came back and it was all back to normal. I surfed away another time and came back to find it broken again. So, it seems to be intermittant. Does anyone know what this is and how to fix it.
WordPress database error: [Got error 28 from table handler]
SELECT * FROM wp_posts WHERE 1=1 AND (post_status = “publish” OR post_author = 1 AND post_status != ‘draft’ AND post_status != ‘static’) GROUP BY wp_posts.ID ORDER BY post_date DESC LIMIT 0, 15
On my homepage across the top is this:
WordPress database error: [Got error -1 from table handler]
SELECT DISTINCT * FROM wp_posts WHERE 1=1 AND post_date_gmt <= ‘2005-05-20 23:27:59’ AND (post_status = “publish”) GROUP BY wp_posts.ID ORDER BY post_date DESC LIMIT 0, 20
The guys over at TotalChoiceHosting.com have fixed it. But is there something I could have done to cause it? I installed lastnight WP-Amazon plugin and got working – could it be the cause of a data base overload?
Possible, but not likely. Oftentimes with these sorts of things, your actions and the problem at hand are coincidental. But I can tell you that when I worked for an ISP, we were not shy about letting a user know when something on their account was causing trouble…
