Where can i put title and meta description for each page

    i use the free seo plugin where can i put or write the title and meta description for each page Also when i use the snippet preview the name for the page appears as the title for the page

    So do i have to place the title and meta under the snippet preview (edit snippet) of the page Also i found this in the seo title %%title%%%%page%%%%sep %%%%sitename%% variables do i have to remove them and replace the space with my title or i leave them and place the title with them
