I having this exact same issue as I did not get Ultimate Members pages, with their shortcode; I have to add them all on my own.
Adding pages is not the problem, but adding the shortcodes on those pages is where I get stuck. How did you solve that Idesherl?

UM does not have a list of set shortcodes, all the shortcodes that are used are dynamic and appear within the plugin in wp-admin but everything is setup automatically when UM is installed so there is no need to manually add shortcodes unless creating multiple profile forms or register forms.
