Hi Tobias! Thanks for all these years providing happiness to amateur WordPress users with TablePress (I’ve been a user since 2018). I’m reaching out to you because I have an issue: I want to sort a column (a date column) in a table by default when displaying it. I’ve read you recommend using the custom commands feature (“order”: [ [ 0, “desc” ] ]) for this purpose located in the Edit table XX, but I can’t find that option! So I was wondering if it isn’t now a premium feature, and that’s why I can’t find it. The only blank space I’ve found in the Edit table XX is the Additional CSS classes, so I don’t even know if I’m searching in the right place. I hope you can help me.

    Hi,

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

I assume that you don’t have the necessary access rights for this input field.

For security reasons, this “Custom Commands” input field is only visible to Administrators (on single site installations) and to Superadmins on WordPress Multisite installations.

    Best wishes,
    Tobias
