Where can I find a list of parameters?

  • Hello,

    Thank you for this plugin.

What are the parameters available for the plugin?

And HOW can I specify a category *in the short code*?

I have looked at the pages:

    [WordPress Plugin] Calendar Archives

http://wordpress.org/support/topic/display-a-single-category-only?replies=5 <–yes, this page is marked as resolved and it shows a URL (as does the FAQ), but what if we use the short code in a page and we do not use a link? How do we add a category parameter to the short code in the page?

    I read the FAQ:
How to display posts under particular category?

If URL has ‘category’ parameter then it will be used as category slug, for example, http://www.my-domain.net/my-blog/my-calendar/?category=uncategorized

However I am not linking to the page, I created a page with the short code and I want to display a calendar with only one category in it.

    Is it something like this:

    [calendar-archive category=categoryname]

or from the FAQ should I really add a full URL?

    [calendar-archive category=http://www.my-domain.net/my-blog/my-calendar/?category=uncategorized]

    Thank you for your help.

Many plugins list all of the available parameters on the description plugin page at WordPress.org

It would be really cool to see all the parameters available for this short code.

The settings page is useful for anyone who wants ALL of their categories in the calendar. But it doesn’t help anyone who wants to have unique calendars for each category.

Again, thank you for your help.

    Chris
