Where can I edit the comment fields?

Hi There,

So on the single posts page, I need to edit the comment fields that are in the #respond tag.

I’ve looked just about everywhere, and the only place that I can see the fields that might be applicable are in the includes / comments_template.php file. However, when I edit the file, nothing actually changes on the site so I don’t think that’s actually the right place.

Also looked all over the other .php files of the theme / site.

Any ideas? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
