Where are my widgets?

Someone created this site for me and I am trying to make change somethings, yes, I am a newbie. I installed some new widgets by dragging and dropping. Once I went to the site to see them they are all gone and all of the old ones except for the contact form. Which yes I figured out to make work that my tech guy couldn’t. Please help!!! 🙁
