Thanks for posting! The plugin settings should provide a section called “group settings” which will contain info on any groups that are found in your list. From here you can choose to show or hide it. I went ahead and confirmed in my local setup that a drop down menu group setup was showing up for me, so we’ll want to take a look at a few things to narrow down what the issue here might be.
First, if this is a newly created group, would you be able to click the “update list” button at the top of your plugin settings page? This will ensure that the fields are synced and up-to-date.
If you’re still not seeing the group settings area, can you confirm whether the drop down in question is appearing under the “merge variables included” area? If so, it’s an indication that the list is using a drop down field which is NOT an explicit MailChimp group field. If this is the case and you’re looking to utilize groups, you’ll need to make the create a new field in your list that is a dropdown group field. In the form builder area of your account you’ll actually be given a “convert to groups” button beside your dropdown field to make this transition easier. Turned out the Group was set up as a checkbox (which I guess is default). I created a new group as a dropdown and the group showed up in the plugin config in WordPress. Curious why the checkbox code was injected into the page but the styling had the display set to none?
