This is documented on the plugin page.

    To recap:
First create a page or post for your popup. This is best if you are using a theme that allows you to select a landing page template. If this page is called ‘mypopuppage’, you can create the popup link using the shortcode in the format:

    [popup url="http://example.com/mypopuppage" height="300" width="300"]Link Text[/popup]

Where you replace the url with the url of the page you created, change the height and width to suitable dimensions and use suitable link text.

To edit the content of the popup, just edit the page you create for it.

I notice you added the tag ‘modals’ to this topic. If you need a modal dialog box, this is not the correct plugin for you as it was not designed to provide a modal popup.

If the answer already given does not answer your question, as this is a resolved question, please start a new topic including as much information as possible – at least include your site’s URL, the URL of the page you want to appear in your popup, and the code you have already tried and a description of what happened when you tried that.
