  • We are looking at this Plugin and the Pro version, but it is calling out as not compatible with the latest WordPress version. Is there an update coming soon that will make it compatible?

    wow you really do not answer – how good will you be on support if you cannot answer this question?

    They do reply , but it takes as about a month for posts in wordpress plugin section..
    And 5 days in their own site if you open a ticket.
    Their service is too fast šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚

    And I have a Pro version (paid one)

    Just for info , based to the information that I got , they have issue with their own library related to JS , but I didn’t get any answer for an estimated day for fix.

    First, our sincerest apology for the delayed response here.

    Actually, the ninja table is fully compatible with the latest WordPress version. But I don’t know where you found that the plugin is not compatible with the last version of WordPress. Almost all the ninja table users are using the plugin with WordPress’s latest version and yes, it had a few issues after WordPress 5.6 update but we had released a couple of updates where it had been fixed. The plugin is running smoothly with the very latest version of WordPress.

    To @agkapo, recently some of the tickets got delayed to response due to a technical glitch in our support system. But we have already recovered that and continuing the conversation of those old tickets about their queries(most of them are already closed).

    Also, we are preparing to release an update very soon and some of the listed bugs will be fixed then.

    However, an apologies for the inconvenience. We thrive to provide the best support experience and we will do as always in the upcoming days.Ā
