    1) If you mean smarty template, the developers do not want to implement smarty into WP. If you mean a template system, then yes, they want to do that and as far as I know have plans to.
    2) Multi-Blogs is being addressed in the next release
    3) not sure. WP does have archives, and it is included in the default index.php. Nicer archives by LaughingLizard extends this too.
    4) Post to future can be done now. Simply click advanced editing when posting and you can change the post time. You can also set to use advanced editing each time you post by changing the "writing" under options.

    and 4 template i mean having Tags just like MT or ... instead of PHP pieces and ... ;)
    and when the next release will be done ?!
    and there is any way to convert current templates (with php codes) to template system with tags in the future ?

    1. i dont know why we want WP Tags when PHP tags work nice!

    1.that is also more clean and clear when u r designing a fully graphical blog with lot of parts and images !
    and TAGs r also better 4 webdesigners and ejoyment 4 Coders :D
    2.what do u mean about DNF ? :)
    and another Question !
    can we have seprated link section 4 categories
    just like link bar idie (1 , 2 , 3 , ....) to put each in other place in template ?!
    i want it 4 a daily link section (link dump ) and my friends blogs links ! can i have it any way ?! :D
