[resolved] When using Variations price shows up as Free! on product page (7 posts)

I sell products that vary in size. I set up the attribute "sizes", then for my product, I set it as a variable product, chose the attribute "sizes", added the values, and then under the variations tab, I input the price for each value. However, when I view my site, the product page and the New products widget on the homepage both say "Free!". This is very bad! How do I get it to show a price, and how does it show a price, when there are actually two prices, depending on the size they choose? Thanks for any help!

I just discovered that the price says Free! on simple products too, even though I have a price set. I think I must have changed a setting somewhere, because a simple product did show the price correctly when I first started adding my products.

I had the same issue. You're most likely using a Currency symbol when entering the prices into the Price input fields. Instead just use digits and remove the currency symbols.

Keysuuh - that fixed it - thank you so much! I thought it must be something simple that I was doing wrong, but there were so many opportunities for doing something simple wrong, it would have taken me a while, if ever, to figure out exactly which one it was :-)
