When Using Plugin, Log Entries Do Not Show Up in Server's Mail Log File

    The emails are sending out correctly (both through the forms and the test email), but the mail.log file does not show any entries when an email is sent through the WP SMTP plugin.

    Using MailGun as a relay. When testing the relay using command line on my server, I get the log entries in mail.log.

    When I disable all other plugins, the error still occurs.

    Using Contact Form 7 as a form plugin.
