When using CloudFlare plugin causes entire WP Admin to show blank pages

When using this plugin with a site that is setup to use CloudFlare it causes any page in WP Admin to show a blank page.

I believe this is due to the initial popup that shows when you install your plugin, as after disabling CloudFlare on the site, clicking close on your popup, and then re-enabling CloudFlare, the site works fine.
