When updating post or publish I get a white screen

Hello, for some reason we keep getting white screens when we publish or try to update a post. I have to refresh the browser when this occurs. Was talking with my developer and my host and both point to the ithemes plugin that is causing some issues. Has anyone ran into this and if so what is the possible solution to configure ithemes from causing this issue.
