When try to login to Admin Page, Page is blank

I have a huge problem! 🙁 i think it has to do with the plugins i recently updated via the admin/dashboard panel. Once i updated them and tried to log back in, its a blank screen. I am 100% not technologically savvy, so if anybody has directions please be very thorough and specific.

Try deactivating your plugins – you’ll need to use FTP or Cpanel to access your site files on the server – find the plugins folder here:
```
wp-content
    plugins.HOLD
```
That should let you login again. Then you’ll need to figure out which plugin(s) is causing the problem – by reactivating them one by one.

thanks for the help but i have a few questions.

What do you mean use FTP or CPanel?
Can you just walk me through how to access that?

It’s a way to access files on a remote server – it’s not part of WP – you need to ask your hosting company how to use whatever they offer.

at the current moment, i am not sure what hosting company it is as someone else created the website and i just went ahead and kept editing/change through word press. Is there anyway to do it without the hosting company?

Your site seems to be working fine for me – have you cleared your browser cache/cookies or tried another browser?

Here’s info about where the site is hosted –

http://www.whois.com/whois/bestratesmortgages.ca

You should contact them about how to access the site files on the server.

Okay, so I would be contacting In2net Network Inc. and explain to them my problem and they walk me through it ?

No, that’s the domain name registrar. Looks like this is the host:

Name servers:
dns1.doteasy.com
dns2.doteasy.com

You need to ask them how to set up FTP access to your site.
