When to send email when no pickup time is chosen

    Hello! I am using this in conjunction with the Pro version of Order delivery, Order pickup, Order date, Order time for Woocommerce. I have disabled the time select for pickup, so the customer can only choose the pickup day. If I set “When to send reminder email” to 30 minutes, when will the email be sent?

    if the user has selected a pickup date of say 4th March

    In absence of the time reminder email will be sent at 3rd March 11:30 PM

    How does this work with using Distance Rate Shipping? I have it set as $2 per mile for delivery, but now that I installed this plugin, they can select Delivery but not get charged. I’m using the Free version. Does the PRO version allow me to charge for delivery based upon miles from my store?
