When submit same email twice redirected to home

Hi, When the form is submitted it redirects to a confirmation page. But when the form is submitted a second time with the same email address it directs to the ‘Home’ page. How do you make it stay on the same page, or go to a different page (I don’t want it to go to Home)? Thank you.
