When Redirected To Paypal Full Price of Item Cut In Half

    OK, problem. When I select multiple of the same item and then go through the checkout process and send to paypal via checkout, it is giving a 50% discount on the products:

    1. add 2 books to cart
    2. click Proceed to Checkout
    3. fill out billing form (order updates to total of $26.95)
    4.Place Order
    5. goes to checkout –> pay page but has semi-transparent block over it (this is new to me – why is this happening all of a sudden? Why can’t i get access to that page?)
    6. auto forwards to Paypal but now paypal is showing book only costs $5

    where is it cutting 50% of the book price in this process?

    This is not a theme issue, because I switched to 2014 and it is still happening.

    As we are in the middle of a book sale can you please get back to me ASAP on this?

    This still has nit been resolved. I have had a jquery expert looka t it and he says it is not a jquery issue but the issue resides with jigoshop PHP code. I’m afraid that after I updated to the latest version of Jigoshop yesterday in anticipation for our book sale something screwed up where a lady just ordered 5 books (should be $50) but was just charged $2 per book!!!!

    Ok there is a bug in the latest version of Jigoshop. Paypal payments are going to be screwed up for all the customers.

    I downgraded to the previous version of jigoshop and I no longer have whatever issue it was with paypal.

    I highly recommend Jigoshop fix this issue before there are a lot of others who realize they’re losing money on purchases of multiple items.

    What version did you downgrade to? I downgraded to Version 1.11.3 and I’m still having PayPal issues

    websista – I’m now running version 1.11.4.

    I had 1.11.5 briefly. Perhaps my Paypal issues aren’t the same as yours? I couldn’t find a single example of what I was experiencing in any search engine, so I’m not sure if my situation was unique or not, but for some reason 1.11.5’s ../template/gateways.paypal.php code was screwing up the orders of multiple items.

    We have confirmed that it’s a problem with 1.11.5 which occurs under certain circumstances (not everyone is affected). I have just got off the phone with our lead developer who is working on it as I’m responding to this post.
