    Hello
    I just sent you two emails until now, without any answer from your side!. I bought 4 days ago your pro version of WordPress Advanced Database Cleaner plugin but tabs Options and Scheduled Tasks not identifying which database items belong.
    I consider if I paid PRO version I will have PRO support…
    Please advise to sorted out, because that was the reason I bought your plugin.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
