    Thanks for your plugin.

    Is there an action which can be called when the order of categories or taxonomies is changed or saved ?

    Yes, just today I added a hook for the ordering. There was already a hook for saving.
    Please check the FAQ of this plugin on the question ‘Is there an API?’.
