When new API is enabled T&c’s checkbox disappears

    Hello,

    When I enable the new API, the checkbox next to the pay button, which allows users to click the “I accept terms and conditions” disappears, it comes back if I re-enable the legacy API.

    Hi. Would be nice if you can fill in “Page I need help with” so I could have a look with my own eyes on it.

    Meanwhile, do you use the latest version of the plugin? Do you use any caching/optimizing plugins? If yes, can you disable those and see if the issue goes away?
