  • I’ve been a subscriber since 2016. When UDP works, it’s a lifesaver. However, when it doesn’t, which is 80% of the time, it’s not good. Tech support is responsive, but rarely is a tech support response the same day. If this were a hobby, that would be fine. If they had a chat app to get an immediate (or real time) response, that would be a solution.

    I am looking for an alternative backup solution. UDP, you have good marketing, but a very frustrating product.

    Sorry to hear that! I guess you’re in a different time zone to us; all support tickets (from paid customers) are always cleared same-working-day as long as they arrived by 3pm (possibly afterwards, but no longer certain).

    We realise that won’t be good enough for everyone’s needs, so we also make available a guaranteed “within 3 hours” support packages available to enable you go jump the queue: . That way, people who need guaranteed faster support can get it, without us needing to inflate the prices for everyone.
