I run this plugin on 5 websites, all running Genesis as promoted by Joost. More than 90% of all problems that required more than a few minutes to resolve were caused by this plugin. In most instances it required disabling the plugin for extended periods while reports detailing the problem kept on piling up in the support forum . These seem to mostly go unanswered and unresolved.
On the first page of the support forum there are 29 problems reported. With the exception of 2, all during the past 2 days. ONE report is marked as resolved. On the Plugin page it is reported that only "38 of 581 support threads in the last two months have been resolved".
As another reviewer put it : "Searching the support forum and Google finds numerous posts/pleas for help on these topics, all with the author conspicuously absent and the poster's issue apparently unresolved after months".
This accurately reflects my experience with this plugin, it breaks often and there is little support and/or feedback when it does.
