    Have had a lot of trouble with this plug in. When it does work, it is fantastic, however, twice we have had it fail causing the download product function to stop working. In the end, have had to switch it off.

    It would be helpful to get information from you about what the problem was so that we can work on it. We’ve never heard from you before June 3.

    2 star reviews do nothing to help developers continue improving on a free products.
