When it works but when it doesn’t good luck

I have spent so long trying to get rid of the quic.cloud pop up on the dashboard. I’ve reinstalled. I’ve reconfigured wp.config. functions.php.to no avail. Cache works fine on my other site but here I am frustrated by this glitch that seems to be server side issue but webhost looks like deer with headlights in eyes. Not us. This is annoying as hell.
