When is active pagination, coupon code is now showed after click

    Hi,

    thank you for great work. I use your plugin on some of my websites for some time and work quite nice. But today I found bug.

    Steps to reproduce bug:
    1. Enable pagination, hide coupon code
    2. Open page with list of coupons on frontend
    3. Click on Show More Coupons button
    4. Click on Show Code button on page 2 or more

    In my case it will open link in new tab but coupon code isn’t showed.

    Bug pointed out by you is fixed, please install affiliate coupon plugin free version 1.6.7.4 and pro version 1.1.8
