When installing Jetpack blog it stops working.

When I install Jetpack the blog does not work anymore, not even in the WordPress Admin.
To work again I need to delete it through my hosting.
I’m using the latest version of WordPress, PHP 7.1.
What do I do?The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi there,
When I put conversaintima.com through debug, I receive quite a few failed tests:
https://jetpack.com/support/debug/?url=www.conversaintima.com
While your site is publicly accessible, we cannot access your site’s XML-RPC file. This file is used by Jetpack and other plugins and apps to connect to your site. It must return the following message:
XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only. You can see a working example here:
https://jetpack.com/xmlrpc.php
Can you ask your hosting provider if they have a block in place to stop access to the XMLRPC file, or to API Calls and ask them to disable this security measure temporarily?
These errors can also happen if there is a plugin/theme that conflicts with XML-RPC. Therefore, I would try deactivating all the plugins on your self-hosted site to see whether or not that fixes the issue.
Thanks,
It turns out that I have always used the same theme, more than 2 years ago, same plugins, same hosting, it was only in the latest version of WordPress that this occurred.
So how could I have this problem out of nowhere?
I do not even know how to say that to my lodging.I just researched and saw that my site is having free access to XML RPC
The message you said should appear appears normally.

An update somewhere, even to your host, theme, or plugin could’ve caused this to happen.
I see that both of your Jetpack sites are having the same connection issue, so I would contact Hostgator and ask them something to the affect of:
My Jetpack plugin is having connection errors and I wanted to see if you have a block in place to stop access to the XMLRPC file, or to API Calls. If so, I wanted to see if you can disable this security measure temporarily so that I can see if Jetpack begins to work properly?
They will understand. Let me know if you have any questions.
The problem is that I had already talked to them and they told me that I should contact you, after all the error is only with the Jetpack plugin.
As you stated, Jetpack was working in the past, but the plugin is receiving an error because it is in conflict with something else. The plugin alone isn’t causing the error. However, what we can try is a fresh install.
- From the wp-admin dashboard of your site, please go to Jetpack > Dashboard > Connections > Manage site connection from your left-hand menu.
- Click the “Disconnect” button. If it’s already disconnected, you can skip to the next step.
- Deactivate your Jetpack plugin by heading to Plugins > Installed Plugins and finding “Jetpack by WordPress.com.”
- Completely uninstall Jetpack.
- Reinstall the newest version of Jetpack.
- Deactivate all of your plugins.
- Activate only Jetpack.
- Back in Jetpack > Dashboard > Connections > Manage site connection, Click the “Set up Jetpack” button and continue through the approval process.
If you cannot delete Jetpack through your dashboard, you’ll need to manually uninstall it by going to the folder
wp-content/plugins/jetpackvia an FTP client, like Cyberduck (https://cyberduck.io/?l=en). If you’re not sure how to do this, you’ll need to ask your hosting company for help. Please let me know the results of this troubleshooting and we can go from there. Thanks!
Now the following happens: After I’ve spoken to you when I try to access my site it’s redirected to some random advertisement site.
What is going on?Now that it has given problem, does not anyone answer more? It is?
Or was this plugin or why did you do something that is happening? We didn’t do anything to your site, we don’t have any more access than a normal visitor.
If it’s suddenly directing to an advertisement site, carefully follow this guide. When you’re done, you may want to implement some (if not all) of the recommended security measures and start backing up your site.
As an additional precaution, we do offer backups and security scanning with our paid plans, but we would first need a clear backup in our system to help you with something like this. https://jetpack.com/pricing/
