  • Hi,

Was the content imported or not? 200 status code means that everything is OK.

I’m using the One Click Demo Import to import the demo content for the Uku / Ruapuke theme by Elma Studios:

It worked just fine in my localhost at home. But when I try to do the very same thing on my hosting provider, it consistently gives the dreadful “Error: OK (200)” message. While the “OK 200” might be interpreted as a “job done” message, it actually means it couldn’t succesfully import the demo content.

I have had a look at this document on the Github page for the import plugin by Proteus Themes:

    PHP variables not the issue

My hosting provider, which has a nice CPanel PHP configuration mode, allows you to have a temporary (for developing purposes) max_execution_time of 300 seconds and a memory_limit of 512 MB. I have used those variables, but I still get the same error. So the execution time / memory limit is not the issue here.

I tried both workarounds suggested by the import plugin authors: “Change the default time of one AJAX call” and “Disable the generation of smaller images during the import”. Still not working. 🙁

Note: I am using the latest Uku child and parent theme versions provided by the theme authors.

I have also notified the theme authors about this issue and opened a support ticket.

Please help and thank you in advance.

    Hi @peces,

I see. For the start, I’d recommend that you check the server error logs (if you don’t know where to find them ask your hosting provider) and the log that OCDI generates after each import. It’s a .txt file located in the Media > Library.

You can paste the error logs and the OCDI log file here and I can investigate further.
