When i upload image include "é" in name it convert to "é"

I move hosting for my site in 19/03/2013.
My site is French language. When i upload image include “é” in name it convert to “é” and can be display in my site. But old image previous 19/03/2013 cannot display. I’m looking in uploads folder, Files name include “é” doesn’t convert to “é” .

How can i have a solution to this problem?. I want to upload file include “é” in name and don’t convert to “é” and can be display (now, it’s cannot display)
