    Hi @margottome,

Can you tell us what you’re submitting? Is it a new job listing? A resume, or application attachment?

Note that if it is a resume or attachment for an application, we’re not able to support our paid addons in this forum. Please use the form I’ve linked below to contact support for our paid add-ons:

    https://wpjobmanager.com/support/

Make sure to contact us from the email address you used when you purchased your license(s), so we’re able to find your account.

Did you ask your host if they blocked any specific type of file on their servers? Some hosts block .docx uploads.

    Cheers.

    Submitting to a job listing.
Anyway it get wrong when you submit anything.
If I use “WP Job Manager – Simple Paid Listings” everything is ok, but I need “WP Job Manager – WooCommerce Paid Listings” because I want more funtions.
I’ve asked my hosting last week and they told me that was a problem with plugging, anyway I’ll asked again.
