 * first, id suggest not using iframes, simply because they are for beginners. But
   if you really want you could have either:
    1. make the permalink for the comments
   to target a new window (target=”new”) 2. use the embedded pop-up script. –>Look
   in the index.php file for a line that says “uncomment this line to enable popup
   comments” and uncomment that line of code by removing the leading “//”
