When I activate NextGen Gallery – shortcodes no longer work

    Hi
    Every time I activate the NextGen Gallery, version 2.0.40, I can’t use many of my shortcodes.
    The NextGen Gallery Pro works fine but requires the free version to work.

    Please can you help resolve this issue so I can start creating my galleries. I’m launching in the fews days!!!

    @tremblayly – What specific shortcode are you having trouble with? To the best of our knowledge all of the NextGEN Legacy shortcode structures are handled in the current NextGEN Gallery plugin.

    There could be a conflict with another plugin (possibly one that handles shortcodes?), or it could even be a conflict with your active theme.

    They are my theme specific shortcodes that stop working as soon as I activate NextGen Gallery plugin. I tested all other plugins and this the only one causing this to happen. I worked with my theme support to identify this issue.
