When Host/User is blank on Site Lockout Notifications

    What does it mean when this field is blank on email notifications? Does that mean users are trying to login with a blank user name? Also, why doesn’t it capture an IP? It would be nice if it did then I could at least block them using fail2ban, etc.

    How about an explanation as to what a blank user means?

    How is it possible for the user to be blank? Why would a hacker even try that. He would know that the user field is required and would NEVER be blank.

    AN explanation as to what is happening here would be very helpful.
