when enabling Use the slider the woocommerce grid is unconfigured

    Hi @pmfigueroa,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    We understand the issue. As primary debugging, can you please change the slider type (WooCommerce > Related Products > Choose slider type) to “BX Slider” and check? Let us know how it works.

    If the issue persists, as it is a theme conflict. If you could share your active theme file as a zip that would be really helpful to debug the issue. You can zip the theme directory(Child theme too if any) and share via this link.
