Hi and thank you for the plugin!

When I enable the free trial, while adding the product to the cart it’s displaying there with zero price per month

    €0.00 / Month
    and 1 Day free trial

If remove the trial, it displays the price per month correctly

    €97.00 / Month

Subscription settings for the products are:

    Subscriptions Per Interval  1  Months

    Subscriptions Expiry Interval –

    Initial Signup fee –

    Free trial interval 1 Days

Can you please help with that?

    If enable signup fee it’s

    €0.00 / Month

    and 5 Days free trial

    and €1.00 Sign up fee

Yes, its the plugin functionality. If you are enabling trial, then it will charge 0 for first checkout. From second recurring checkout onwards, it will charge.

Sure I understand it costs 0 on the first checkout, but it displays the price per month as 0/m, which is confusing.

Can it still charge 0 on checkout but display the correct price per month in the cart?

Hi! I need help with it.

It’s OK the price in Checkout is 0 (or 1$ initial fee), but I want it to display price per month in the cart, because €0.00 / Month seems wrong and doesn’t reflect the subscription price

    Please see the screens:

Same issue on the small cart: https://prnt.sc/TqK8gt9jc_7a

However on the product’s page it’s displaying correctly

    Hello,

It is showing correctly because you have not set the value of “Initial Signup fee($)” for your subscription product in terms of free trial interval, we suggest kindly check our plugin document for more better understanding

And still, if you have any confusion you can connect through our support

    Thank you

Hello! I’m sorry but this didn’t work.

I checked the documentation and there’s nothing there why the month price cost is showing as zero. Can you show me, if you know where it is, please?

I tried to add a sign up fee, but it is not what I’m looking for https://prnt.sc/pWQ7p_OyN4ea

The issue is not with the checkout price, but with the displayed price per month in the cart. When enable free trial, price per month is displayed as zero. While it should show the monthly cost.

It should be ‘$0 now, $97 per month after 5 days’.
Not ‘$0 now, $0 per month after 5 days’ like it is now. Because it’s not $0 per month after 5 days, but $97 per month.
    Do you understand the issue?

    Thread Starter dependencyinjection

    (@dependencyinjection)

The customer should understand the sum they should pay per month.
If enable the trial, looking in the cart you can’t say how much you should pay https://prnt.sc/sKgqWHSBq5cI

    That’s the issue 🙁

    Hey,

Okay so on the cart page you are specially facing an issue with a cart of showing $0, this can be some conflict with another plugin, because it generally does not happen in most of the case

We need to check the concern from our end so please connect with us on support so we can help you further
